What is going on

Soo pretty sure i already ovulated. We arent TTC just using condoms....most times. Anyways. Now i having super stringy ewcm little yellow tinged. Suppose to be 6 ish dpo. Have cramped on amd off last two days Im super stressed so i guess its not impossible for me to ovulate late but the lh test was negative. So please tell me wtf is happening haha any insight or exp would be helpful.

Update:. Symptoms include light cramps, tired, but im getting over a sinus cold. And thats about it

Oh and we had sex 3 more times than what that calendar says.🙄 once unprotected.
