Please help

I am on the birth control pill and take it perfectly. (I’ve been on it for a little over a month). My boyfriend and I recently had sex for the first time a few days ago, and we have done it a couple times every day since then. We use a condom every single time and he ALSO pulls out. Well, today he barely pressed the tip of his penis against the outside of my vagina without a condom and then he pulled it away and put a condom on. I suffer from severe anxiety and somehow I believe I’m going to end up pregnant. Even before he put his penis on the outside of my vagina I was still worried... can someone please ease my mind.. I’m literally shaking while typing this. I’ve been so tired today and it feels like there’s weights on my eyelids. Is this PMS? My period is due in 8 days. I’m so scared.
