Help 😩 (maybe TMI)

Hey ladies so recently, literally OUT OF NO WHERE started getting this rash on both my armpits it's making me so insecure. I been using guy deodorant for like the past year so dont think it's that, maybe the razor I'm using? I dont know but just wondering if any of you have gone through the same? :( the pics are of both side with and without flash and the cream I'm using to help ease the itching, I also cleanse the area with witch hazel and bought unscented gel deodorant now :/

I took a allergy pill today to maybe help but yeah idk this sucks
