Ear stud stuck in earlobe, HELP! advice needed!

My son had his ear pierced over 4 weeks ago and everything was fine until the past 4 days where he got an infection, he has been on antibiotics and the infection has cleared, the doctor told me to leave the earring in his ear until the swelling has gone down so I could then easily take it out, looked at his earlobe today and the stud on the front off his earlobe has totally sunk into his skin and it has closed up, he’s tried pushing it through but all that’s happening is visible bleeding.. the earring isn’t moving!

What do I do now?
