Pregnancy or early AF ?

I have been feeling a little odd lately and yesterday I have a very intense migraine (I suffer with headaches but not like yesterday), I kept rushing to the toilet thinking I was going to be sick but I wasn’t.

Today I still have a headache and feel sick on and off, everything just tastes weird and I feel different.

I had sex this morning and notice pink blood on the sheet after and it was there when I went to the toilet after sex too. It was only a small amount. Now all day I haven’t had anything apart from it being slightly dark when I wipe. I added a photo sorry for the TMI.

My periods are irregular, I have long cycles. I would usually be due around next week or the following week at the very earliest.

I don’t know if this is maybe all pregnancy related or if I’m just started AF early.

I don’t have any tests at the minute and won’t be able to get one until tomorrow, I’m just asking if anyone has experienced anything similar. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you ☺️
