My boyfriend’s friend raped a girl

So I’m so infuriated. About a few months ago my SO told me that his friend drugged someone up and raped them. Girl was unconscious and he had non-consensual sex. He had the video to prove it to my SO. Disgusting. I repeatedly told my significant other how I felt. He said I can’t judge the person. That’s wrong though. On so many levels and the fact that you want to associate yourself with, tells me so much. Also my SO called the cops in Jersey, told them who it was. But didn’t know the girl. Told them his friends name and what not. Cops couldn’t do much with the investigation. Anyways my SO started to talk to this guy again and also wants to go watch a movie again with him. One we already watched. I haven’t replied because we are suppose to hangout tonight. I know I’m put his ass on blast in text. I much rather tell him in person that I can’t tell him who to hang out with, but it’s disgusting that he wants to maintain that friendship. I don’t feel comfortable with. It’s just not right. Am I right or am I right. His friend is a fucking ANIMAL.
