Traveling without taking a plane

Can I travel to another country without having to take a plane🤣🤣 jk. Hey guys, im so scared to planes is not even funny every time i fly somewhere i try to be calm and positive but I can’t. bad thoughts come to my mind. I feel like something is gonna happen to the plane. I went to Puerto Rico a 4 hour fly and i was dying of fears inside. Can anyone relate here? And what did you guys did to calm the fear down.
