Mixed emotions after dr visit

I had my first doctors appointment today since ttc.

My periods have been all out of whack and I'm currently weeks late.

She did a urine test in her office (negative, she looked after a few seconds and trashed it) and then suggested we'd do some blood testing.

Gave me one for cycle day 3 and another for cycle day 21 to check for hormones and what not. Also gave me a repeating slip for pregnancy blood test that I can get as soon as I get a hpt +.

She said i could go get one today (which I did) to ease my mind but like she didn't bother to worry about me being so damn late. My periods have always been out if whack but this is different.

Still fustrated. So now I basically have to wait for af or for that blood test to come back positive, which it most likely won't. I've had a bunch of negative urine ones. . Ugh.
