Positive OPK?

Yesterday I took a opk and it came back peak, well when I popped the test out the color had ran very bad (the whole test was blue). So I didn’t believe it. I’m predicted to ovulate weds but I have been working on balancing my hormones and my cycles have been getting shorter. Longest was 34 days last month was 31 days. Right now I’m cycle day 14 so there could be a chance I’m having a very normal cycle. I had a good amount of EWCM yesterday, and feeling some light cramping today. Opinions please!
