Eight weeks postpartum weight loss help
I’m having trouble with postpartum weight-loss. I gained 42 pounds while pregnant I’m having the worst time losing last none and it definitely looks different than when I wasn’t pregnant. Anyone have any good advice on getting rid of that last bit. I’ve been doing keto but I have been slipping the last week. I have been back on it starting today. What are the best exercises to do to get my mommy belly gone. Also I definitely carry the weight differently, I feel so unsexy now. I love being a mom, just wish I could feel comfortable in my skin again.
