Help pleasex

So yesterday I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant I literally had no idea I wasn’t trying for a baby as I have just had a little boy 7 months ago.

I’m so overwhelmed at what people might say, I have not done it out of spite or out of not been able to work,as my plan was to go back to work after my son reached the age.

I’m not sure when to book my first midwife appointment I’m so scared because at my doctors there is only one midwife & I was only seeing her just last year! (What will she think of me) I have been with my husband for over 6 year in a happy marriage own house etc.
