My daughter still not settled with childminder

She likes her but still won't settle. She will play for a little while then wants me or her dad. Trust me she doesn't give up easily, she will cry for hours if she has to. I'm due at work in two days. Should I just delay my start (again) or what are my options??

The first time I delayed was because she had to go in for a procedure last week. Although they didn't find anything, the same issues are still there which makes me think this is why she's still fussy. She's usually a fairly happy child and I don't really want to leave her if she's distressed.
