This truck side swiped me, took out me mirror and then got in front of me and stepped on the brakes at full force. Which in turn made me brake and now my lower back is hurting. The insurance asked me if I got hurt and that's what I told him that my lower back started hurting. Now what is going to happen ? Will they just play that off or will it be taken in a serious matter?
