Can travelling might cause misscarriage in an early pregnancy?

While I am trying to concieve or if I am pregnant for the first 1-3 weeks is it possible that misscarriage might happen while travelling for vacation? We are looking at 16 hrs flight (return flight in total) and may be a few hrs car trips on the roads, climate change from warm to cold damp and massive time zone change, different food etc.

Can anyone advice on this kind of situation ?
