Will Hydrocortisone cream help with butt rashes. Background. I have stomach bug so I am having a lot of diarrhea and my ass hurts like hell its extremely tender and hurts a lot, would I be able to put Hydrocortisone cream on the skin around the but hole or is it dangerous. Any product recommendations?
