TMI? Bacterial infection questions
My NP told me at my first appointment that I had a bacterial infection but we weren't going to treat it until my second trimester. I didn't mind because I had zero symptoms.
But! Every time me and myDH have sex it burns and kind of hurts inside. It's just really uncomfortable. Could this be because of the infection or is this normal for pregnancy sex? It was a different kind of uncomfortable when he pressed on my stomach with his and I wrote that off to pregnancy. That was more of a pressure/cramping feeling and it went away a few minutes after he leaned away.
I feel so bad for DH. I haven't had much of a drive since I got pregnant and now that it's starting to come back I completely lose interest because it is so uncomfortable.
I have an appointment on the 28th and I'm going to ask the NP and ask to start treatment.
