Should I ask her out?

Hey guys, I don’t know what to do! so i like this girl and i asked her to go to a school dance w me(kinda lame i know lol), and we’ve hung out once since then and plan to hang out tmrw. When i asked her to the dance she asked me if i meant in a romantic way. I replied with ‘only if you wanted it to be’ and she said she did in fact want it to be :) When we were hanging out after that, we went to the mall and bought these date night idea things and held hands and other cute stuff. Tomorrow when we hang out we’re going to go out to eat. I really like her and i think she likes me to but idk. She doesn’t text me often and rarely replies to my texts, but in her defense it’s because she’s never on her phone during the day @ school and work. When we do text, it’s very cute and she’s so nice to me :) We send eachother wholesome memes and stuff. She also told her friends about me which is cool, i’ve started getting to know them as well :) Should i ask her out tomorrow when we go out to eat, at or after the school dance, or not at all?Do you think she likes me too?
