Implantation?!?

Hey ladies! So I really want to talk to SOMEONE about this, but I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up so I’m hoping I can share and discuss here. Yesterday at 10 DPO I had a little bit of pink spotting at night. I assumed it was my period about to start. There was a little bit of tissue looking substance in the toilet as well. But no bright red. Well so researched a little last night because my period isn’t due for 4 more days, and I’ve been late before but NEVER early. This morning there’s been a little spotting only when I wipe, and not each time. I had so many dreams last night about waking up in a mess of heavy Aunt Flo :(. My husband and I have been trying for over a year now. Please say some prayers for me! Not even going to share my concern with anyone else this time. Have any of you ladies experienced spotting at 10 and 11 dpo and got a BFP?

I have spotted at 10 dpo thinking it was implantation(literally only saw it when I wipe, it was the tinest amount of light pink blood) only for my period to show up a couple days later. But everyone is different! If it is abnormal for you then definitely give it two days from the spotting at pos! Baby dust to you

This cycle I did have spotting at 12 dpo all the way through to when my period was due. I got my bfp at 12dpo. Previous cycles if spot like that only to get a full blown period days later so it's hard to say.

I did have IB with my first child, but that was also 10 years ago. I don’t know how many DPO I was I only remember thinking I wasn’t pregnant because I had light bleeding, and then ended up with a positive pregnancy test about 2 weeks later.

It could be IB, or just mid-cycle bleeding - there is no way to know at this time. Implantation bleeding occurs in like 10-15% of confirmed pregnancies. There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to confirm if it is in fact IB, or just mid-cycle bleeding. Unfortunately,  IB can only be confirmed retrospectively once pregnancy is confirmed. Good luck hun! 🤞💜🤞
