‼️HELP‼️Urethral prolapse?!?!

Ladies, have any of you suffered from this? I’ve never given birth/been pregnant. I always thought something was off and today I discovered the term. Pretty sure it’s what I have. I’m just wondering what caused this and if I’ll be able to get pregnant? I’m freaking out :( please someone give me information. I’m seeing an Ob gyn next month so I’ll be able to bring it up to her..but I’d like to learn more about it in the mean time.

Also I go for regular Pap test, every 6 months with the same doctor and she has never once mentioned this to me? Why would she not tell me about this?
