confused

so me and this guy we had a thing for a couple of years it was like off and on but we would always have sex, like i caught feelings for him we dated for a while and we stopped. like i was heart broken i still kinda am but there’s another guy who started texting me and we started getting to know eachother and now he’s catching feelings for me and i feel like everything’s moving too quick and i’m just scared to catch feelings for someone again cuss i don’t wanna get hurt and i don’t wanna hurt him because i’m damaged. i had literally just gotten out of the relationship with my ex like a week before me and the new guy started talking, i have a lil crush on him but idk i’m still trying to fix the broken heart i have from my ex. and i want to focus on myself first and love myself before i love anyone else but my heart is so confused..
