Miserable Teething baby

Hello moms,

My 2 almost 3 month old is starting to teeth. At least so I believe ,drooling more, always sucking on fist, pulling on ear. Well last night she started to cry a lot passionately more than ever has and nothing would comfort her. She cried until she fell asleep. Today she’s doing the same and I feel it may be because of the teething. She won’t eat, if I try to feed her she hollers even more. Bought a teething toy but she doesn’t really use it. And recently bought teething gel. But any advice? She’s normally not a crying miserable baby 😩
