After I pump and refrigerate, once I pull the bottle out of the fridge, how long is it good for?

I see charts on how long milk lasts on counter, in fridge and in freezer but curious about this exact scenario.

I’ve been wondering the same. All the info I can find is if it’s touched babies mouth, you have two hours until it’s no good otherwise bacteria can start growing.

I pump then leave out for 3 hours for her next feeding so I dont have to waste time warming up the bottle. I just make sure it’s covered. I looked it up and says you can leave out room temperature up to 6 hours! With formula it’s only one hour

One hour. 
Also just so you know... you can mix milk you had already pumped with newly pumped milk! As long as you cool the new stuff, and time when it’s good til using the first milks pump time ☺️

My nurses at the hospital said 1 hour if it's been in a fridge, and 4 hours if you leave it at room temp when you pump
