32 week growth scan

I just had my 32 week growth scan today and they told me that she is smaller than she should be at 10th percentile, so they want me to keep an eye on her movements and I'm back next week and the week after for growth scans again because they seem concerned so they have really worried me 😔 does anyone have any idea into what happens or the procedure for smaller babies? I'm anxious is there anything I can do to make her grow etc?
