My three week old has baby acne on her face, but for a couple days she’s had this on her chest. Today if you zoom in it looks more like bubbles to me. Do you think this is also baby acne or should I call her doctor? I think it could also be a heat rash.

Mine had something like that on her face and it was heat rash so we used wash cloths with cool water to freshen up get face and dressed her lightly. It lasted a good week but now it’s almost gone

My son has baby acne on his face and chest too. It looks just like that.

Maybe a rash from the laundry detergent ur using but take just to be on the safe side

Did she wear something that had embroidery on the front ?  Otherwise it could be from wetness, drool, spit up, milk leaking as she eats.

I'd call just in case. Is she a drooler? Is the rash on her mouth, hands or feet?
