My daughter is 2yrs and hers are still changing 😀 mine were distinctly one blue and one green until my teens then they both went hazel. So basically, only time will tell!

With them being that blue, I’d say they probably will stay that color. Blue eyes tend to stay, grey eyes tend to turn. 
However, I was blonde haired and blue eyed baby and now I’m a brown eyed brunette, so only time will tell for sure 😊
