Transitioning out of swaddle

My daughter is 6 months and has Aways been swaddled. She still isn’t rolling over but she just started sitting up so I’m sure it’s not long until she does.

I’d like to slowly take her out of it but I’m afraid 😭 she gets so distracted by her hands and just touches her face and takes her pacifier out (and doesn’t know how to put it back)

I’m aware of taking one arm out at a time but wondering if anyone has any other tricks thanks
