TTC after ruptured ectopic

I just had surgery a few days ago for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. My right tube had to be removed. Does anyone have a positive experience TTC after an ectopic pregnancy? I’m pretty scared right now and not sure what to expect moving forward. Thanks!
