When did you all start buying?

I am 20+4 today and haven’t bought anything yet.. when did you all start getting things? I no I have plenty time but I tend to go early.. first daughter was 33wks second was 38wks..

I'm trying to wait until after my baby shower for most things, but we did find a crib on FB marketplace around 9 weeks and buy it. Also got an activity center last week at 22 weeks. It's hard to wait!!!

I got a few things hand me down including a car seat (from my husband's brother so definitely someone we trusted, you shouldn't ever get a secondhand car seat if you don't know the source). Didn't buy anything else until baby arrived. 
The day I gave birth my husband went to Target to buy the rest of what we needed to bring baby home- a pack and play for sleeping, some clothes and some diapers.

Bought little things here and there...nothing major. We’re waiting for the baby shower to start really buying things.

I started buying little things here at there immediately. I found out at 8 DPO. Fast forward to 15 weeks we found out he’s a boy! So since the. We’ve bought a bunch of stuff. Lots of clothes, a car seat & some bottles and binkes. I’ve slowed buying things off.... because our baby shower is in 3 weeks.

I started right after the gender was known for my first but he was born prematurely and I had nothing to fit him and had to buy clothes after he was born. I’m currently pregnant and this time I’ll get the essentials but not to much until after the baby is born. But I will have a baby shower.

I bought cloth diapers and a bumbo before even trying to get pregnant. I love a good deal. Got a crib when I was 4 weeks, another good deal 🤷🏻‍♀️ whenever you feel comfortable. Waiting for everything else until after finding out the gender.
