1cm dilated on thursday
I was 1cm dilated on thursday so im using an excercise ball and going to try all the other old wives tales. Before anyone says it, I am well aware that baby will come when hes ready and that you can be 1cm dilated for weeks. Trying to stay positive so dont need the negative comments!
