Red,painful bumps+blisters. Razor+Friction Burn?

Hey, so I had intercourse with my boyfriend last week, in which I shaved cleanly before. During it, I noticed he felt a little prickly from his own shaving, but ignored it (we were rough). Now I have been having itchiness and burning when I urinate, with red bumps on my labia. I was very dry, which caused some tearing, and now I see what looks like long blisters (not circle). What could it be? Razor and friction burn? I sincerely doubt its herpes since we were both virgins when we had sex and we are monogamous, and I would've had it on my mouth too.
