What should I see at my scan... confused 😭

My LMP was on the 11th August which would make me 6w6d but according to my calculations (OPKs) I’m 3w1d from conception. 
I’ve got an early scan booked for the 10th October, due to previous miscarriages. which would make me 4w6d from conception... what should I be able to see? I keep seeing very different scans and I think they’re due to come being gestational age, and some being feral age. 
I’m absolutely terrified as ive had a missed miscarriage before :(

You should see a teeny tiny baby and possibly a little heartbeat. Sometimes that early you still only see a sack but you should see baby.

The way that the doctor measures it is usually from LMP which would be 6w6d. When they do the US they'll start with that number and see what the baby is measuring at (plus or minus a few days) and that will be your due date. The CB tests show how far you are FROM OVULATION. It's really confusing. It basically guesses where you are based on how concentrated your hcg is. But you definitely should be 6w6d. That's what I would set glow/nurture to for now (until the doctor gives you a more accurate date)

I had an early scan and they estimated 5 weeks at the time - I only saw the gest sac and yolk sac. So of course I did worry even though it was still so early....
Went to another clinic (I’m from the 🇬🇧 so I paid privately) after two weeks - I then measured over 8 weeks and saw my baby with a strong heart beat! I’m currently 30 weeks! 
I know it’s hard but all women are different and little ones grow at different rates 👍🏻🤞🏻
