Christian with an atheist:(

I’m a Christian, Baptist to be exact. As I child I experienced a lot of trauma, such as sexual, and physical abuse, in and out of foster care, I was living alone on the streets, drug addicted mother, alcoholic father, etc. But through all of this, I always knew god was real, whether I followed my religion or not. But I’ve recently fallen off a few years ago, and I want to go back to church.

Since I’ve fallen off, I had gotten into a relationship with my boyfriend. When I turned 18, I moved in with him, because I was living with my father, who was an alcoholic and physically abusive to me, severely. My boyfriend is an amazing man, I love him very much, but when we got together I was falling off, and I didn’t care about my religion, or that he was an atheist. (He also comes from a catholic family, but he doesn’t follow the religion) . But now that I am ready to follow Christ, he doesn’t. I don’t want to force him, because he doesn’t believe, and I love him so much. I just need some advice, please help:(.

Also, please don’t tell me to ‘move out’ because sadly, I can’t afford my own place, as I’m a college student in nursing school. Eventually I’ll get my own place soon, with or without him, depending on what god has in store for me.
