Pregnant?!

So I’ve tested 3 times within 12 hours and all 3 showed a faint line within 5 minutes!! (Bottom one was just taken!) I should be around 8 DPO but I might have ovulated a little sooner than I thought. So where do I go from here?? Obviously I will keep testing the next couple of days to make sure these lines are real, but when do I schedule a doctors appointment? What should I do from here?? I’ve been pregnant once before but that ended with a miscarriage before I had found out so I’m new to all this! Thanks in advance 💗🌈
