Has anyone else NEVER felt attractive or RARELY feels attractive?

I'm 23 years old and I just realized that I've never felt beautiful or attractive even when having a boyfriend. I'm in a relationship right now and it doesnt help that he never really touches me or is imitate with me anymore. If I try to buy something to make myself feel better I always regret it because I just hate my body or my face or just something about myself. I'm a petite girl whose small everywhere and I hate it. I honestly dont think I'll ever feel beautiful or attractive in my own skin. Theres always a flaw that I'll see in myself. I was wondering if anyone has felt the same way?
