Okay ladies 😵

So let me give you a little story of what’s going on and please give me your opinions.

I had an IUD taken out February 6th of this year, had irregular periods since.

Went to OB on Monday for a colposcopy, couldn’t do it found out I am pregnant. According to my period I am 3 weeks 3 days. Did an ultrasound no gestational sac dr said it’s to early. Got my blood work done the 25th of September my hcg was 72 progesterone 3.81 Wednesday hcg 105 progesterone 4.97 Thursday went to ER for bleeding hcg 131 still no sac.

Went back to OB Friday hcg went up to 197 progesterone 5.60. I am having some lower back pain, and bleeding not heavy but nonetheless bleeding.... has anyone ever had anything like this and had a healthy pregnancy?
