Boss Been unfair

I work at a supermarket in the bakery department. I dont have a steady schedule. Lately i been having a rought time with work and with personal problems. I’m a mommy of two . 5 years old and a 2 years old.

Two weeks ago i talk to my boss about moving to another department were i can have a steady schedule. Most of the time it seems like he was ignoring me. He said he couldn’t move me to the department that I wanted because the ladies from that department didn’t need help. Head up : the leaders from that department ask me if i wanted to move there. . He said he will try to give me the best schedule he can. Which he did but only for a week i had a good schedule.

Yesterday after work i ran into a cashier that im cool with . And she told me “hey guess what “? “ the boss move me to Tortilleria “ ( department i had ask him to move me) so i was like oh woow! Nice 👍

I ask why she got move there . She said “ because i talk to him about having a steady schedule and he said that tortilleria would be the only department were i can get a steady schedule “

Isn’t this unfair we both had the same reason
