My Birth Story:

It all began on Thursday when I went to my doctor appointment. So my doctor offered to do another membrane sweep because the last one didn’t work, so I agreed because they normally work the first go round. Let me tell you that s*** hurt lol 😂. He still scheduled my induction for that Saturday just In case. So either way I was going to be introduced to my lil angel.

Guess what the membrane sweep worked 💃🏽💃🏽. It’s early Friday morning I’m tossing and turning waking up with pains, hubby like u ok babe? I’m like yes just a lil pain, we felt back to sleep. Now it’s time for hubby to go to work its around 2 something and the contraction are about 10-15mins apart. Babe like you ok? I’m like yes I still want you to go to work because my contractions are to far apart and I’m not going to nobody hospital just to be sent home lol 😂. It’s now 4am I called my mom and told her I been having contractions since 2 something, so if they continue until 6am I want her to come help me get the kids together for school mom said ok (my mom lives right around the corner). SIL went to get MIL because this was the real deal but they know I’m going to labor at home as much as possible. It’s now 6:30 mom is here getting kids ready for school contractions are 8-10 mins apart. Kids r at school now!!!!

Fast Forward:

It’s now 9am I’m with my mom at Walmart getting her medicine trying to past time contractions are still 8-10mins apart but they starting to get more painful. I called my doctor letting he know I was contracting since 2am and they about 8-10 mins apart. He told me I can come in now or wait an hour for guaranteed room since I was being induced tomorrow. I said I’ll wait an hour. I called hubby letting him know what was going on his in panic mode lol 😂 I’m let HoneyBunny finish working she’s not coming yet he like ok babe.

Mom and I are now at the diner getting something to eat and the contractions are about 5-6 mins apart. I was so hungry getting there but now I’m in so much pain with each contractions, I couldn’t even eat I called my doctor back he told me labor and delivery will be waiting for me. I got there in about 2 mins because the diner is across the street for the hospital lol 😂. I’m checked in MIL, SIL and MOM is there. Doctor came into check my cervix and I’m 7cm 🤭🙁. I’m now hooked up to the monitor. I’m in so much pain I’m asking to medicine but I can’t get it until my blood is taken and have to wait for results SMH 🤦‍♀️. Hubby still not there now I’m worried all i wanted was him. Mom and MIL NO HELP LOL 😂 but my SIL was awesome she helped me get through the pain and worry about my hubby. It’s now 12pm something labs are back and I’m good to go for epidural. SIL is right by my side while I’m getting my epidural. My hubby came walking in the door about 10-20mins later I’m smiling ear to ear. All I can say is our lil Princess waited for her daddy. I got checked at around 2:00pm I was 9cm they broke my water, after that dr came back and Bella-Rose head was right there. I pushed 4 times and
