UGGH BEDBUGS!!!

I had moved with my mom & didn't know she had bedbugs. I know she did but didn't know she still had them. So when I was there I saw one. And then a couple more here and there in my sister's room. She tried blaming me saying they probably came from me. And hell no me & my boyfriend did not ever have bedbugs when we lived in an apartment together. My mom had got them at her old apartment because my little sisters room was MESSY she always told them to clean & idk I guess they just never wanted too. She cleaned the room and everything but they kept coming back. They ended moving to the house the currently live in and I guess the bedbugs followed her there. So anyways now they do not go away! I ended up leaving my and throwing my bed that I had because I had ended up seeing 3 on it. But I don't know I guess they followed me through my clothes I don't know but its fkn irritating. They don't go away. Does anybody know how to get rid of them for good!!!!!? Please let me know I am tired of them. I had to throw my daughter's playpin because I saw one on it. Now I saw 2 on my this bed I'm on. HELP
