I need some advice...

I have been told by my doc that I ovulate between CD 9 and CD 19. I stopped taking opks to reduce the stress I've been having with ttc and basically started baby dancing every other day when AF cleared. At CD 18 I had some light spotting, nothing on the underwear just when I wiped. One time. I took an opk after and it was negative so I don't think it was ovulation bleeding. I haven't had any other bleeding since then. I have such a large hope of it being implantation bleeding but I know thats not super common. And my period isn't due for another week or more. Anyone else experience anything like this and get and bfp???
