Am I pregnant!!

Not trying to have a kid but my periods are due in a week I had slight pinkish bleeding on tissue and camps with pinching on left side which I have never had before I had this all day on Saturday 28th I thought maybe I’m starting my periods early but Then next day cramps stopped and no bleeding. I’m having heartburn, nausea and food craving hungry all the time.

Tested twice on a cheap tester it came out negative.

Anyone else have this? Am i overthinking
