Need help

Tw..? Mention of ectopic

I had a tubal with left tube removal march of this year, laparoscopic. 3 months later i got pregnant after my first cycle and im 16wks today. Last week in the middle of the night when i went pee i had pain on my left side that hurt and layed back down. It continued to hurt for 30 mins, not round ligament pain, felt deeper inside me. I went to the doctor the next day, heard babes heartbeat 151bpm and was told maybe it was scar tissue stretching. Today i was laying on the couch holding my cat, he kinda used my belly as a springboard to jump off me🤦‍♀️and a few seconds later it FELT like a strong kick on the left side. This is my 3rd time being pregnant, my first was in 2010 shes 9 and then my ectopic. It really scared me as i know at 16wks we wont feel strong kicks but flutters. Now i have like a burning sensation on the left side and its sore to the touch. My question is should i see the doctor tomm. I dont wanna be a bother or seem crazy but i just really wanna know that baby is okay...should i call in the morning? Ive woken up every 2 hrs on the dot and its not BAD pain but any pain worries me, i have anxiety.
