Winter Coats?

Hello! I’m wondering where you all bought/are buying your toddler’s winter coats. I’ve checked a few websites and there doesn’t seem to be any heavy weight coats that come in 2T.

I always get my toddler carhartt coats because they're nice and heavy. I stay warm in mine so I feel confident putting it on him. It's only snowed once since we moved but its definitely colder than the Florida winter we were used to.

I got my son's at Target (Cat and Jack brand) last year. I bought it large with the hopes we can use it to this year too - 3t size. It is super warm and cute too. We live in MA and live in an area that has really brutally cold winters (like -15 to - 20 occasionally). It has a waterproof outer layer with a zip out interior layer that you can use as a fall or spring jacket and the interior layer is safe to use in a carseat, so you just have to pop the outer layer on upon getting out of the car. It was very well made and will last him through this winter. I would bet it will be usable for a future bub, too, if I end up with another boy. I will definitely buy another from this brand when he outgrows it.

I just searched it and found some at carhartt, Burlington, lands end, and old navy. Lands end and carhartt will probably be better quality but more expensive.

I got both my kids suits from the children’s place. I’ve bought their suits before for my daughter and they kept her warm and I’m in Canada so the temp goes down to -40C regularly
