What can I use or drink to increase milk supply , I just gave birth on September 27th & I’m only getting 1or 2oz out of each breast

Just saw how soon u had your baby, it may be still early and your milk is still working it’s way... breastmilk amount will grow with your babies intake. Your baby only takes 1-2 ounces right now.

Use baby, out baby to your breast at the first sign of hunger. Remember to eat and drink enough. 
As for amounts, what you are getting is plenty for a 4day old;

In general it's advised to not pump the first 6weeks, and let baby establish your supply, as they are more efficient. 
If you are exclusively pumping, 1-2 Oz us still plenty for a 4day old, and it's super important to pace feed;

Yes this say 3-4 Oz but that's from 4weeks old!!

that's a normal amount also the pump doesnt pull out as much as the baby does. when baby eats they are only eating about 1 oz. so you are good. but mothers milk tea and great value brand oatmeal cookies did me wonders when I was pumping.

That's a great amount to be getting in the first week! If you're nursing, keep feeding on demand, or pumping every 2 hours. Your supply will go up with your baby's needs, they are probably only taking about 2 oz total per feed now!

I struggled so bad but I found this small company called Milky-Mama and OMG they helped me so much!!!!! They had brownies, juices, cookies, supplements! GIRL! I had two kids my first i breastfed so short for a few weeks like 2-3 but when I had my 2nd I found the products and I was able to breastfeed for almost 5months (my body just doesn’t produce enough and I can’t breastfeed long but I do for as long as I can before I turn to formula)

Right now you need to establish your milk supply. Pump, hand express, use a hakaa. Your boobs put out what they think your baby needs. So if they think your baby only needs a little, that’s all they’ll give. Also drink shit tons of water. Don’t rush to assume low supply or anything

Make sure you drink lots and lots of water!! Hydrating yourself well plays a key part in producing enough milk, but can also be difficult to remember when you’re taking care of a newborn and healing from delivery. 
Also give it a few more days! My milk had just started to transition from colostrum to milk on day 4 and I didn’t start to really feel very full of milk until a week or so postpartum.  I didn’t pump the first few weeks (except small amounts occasionally to relieve engorgement) so I don’t know how many ounces I produced then, but my son was exclusively breastfed until adding in solids at 6 months and I’ve usually only been able to pump 2-3 ounces per side at the most, sometimes less.
