My favorite ultrasound place is offering it and I made an appt... worth it??

I just ordered it Friday, it got here yesterday (Monday) a day earlier than expected! I took it this morning before work and I’ll say I stressed way to much, it was actually such a simple process, if you follow the directions it’s easy as can be! I didn’t have any problem getting MORE blood than what was needed, I rushed though and forgot to use the alcohol swab to clean my finger before using the lancet so hopefully that doesn’t affect anything. I washed my hands 3 different times in a row with different kinds of soap lol just to be sure and they send you a little scrub brush to get around your nails with, all in all, super easy to do the ACTUAL test! As far as mailing it back, I put it in the mailbox at 8am, it was picked up by 11:45am and the delivery date for them to receive it is Thursday! So I’ll know my results Friday! I can def update when I know!! Don’t be scared of the test though! I freaked myself out thinking it was going to be hard lol

My doctor does a test that checks for genetic abnormalities and also gender that my insurance covers 100%! They do it at 10 weeks. 
So I’ve never done a sneak peak but I would make sure your doctor doesn’t offer it just in case.

Worked for me with my first! I’ll probably do the clinical one with this babe for peace of mind because I was worried about accuracy the first time.
