Coffee?

Ok ladies, did you or do you drink coffee while pregnant? I’m just about 10 weeks and haven’t touched coffee since I found out at about 5 weeks. I’m in school full time and have a two year old at home. This mom is TIRED. I am struggle and I have been really trying to stay away from coffee because it makes me nervous but I’m literally defeated 😂 anyone have a cup they make at home or even grab a small from dunkin? I cannot function 😅

I switched to decaf so I can have 2 cups a day. If I have regular I only have one cup a day. But I don’t drink every single day, just most days.

Yes! Daily! I actually stopped for a while in the beginning because i thought that’s what i was supposed to do and then had major constipation issues (TMI sorry 🤦🏼‍♀️) and my doc actually recommended drinking coffee again! I only have one cup in the morning

I drink coffee every single day. With my first I had like 3-4 cups a day. This baby I have maybe 3 lol depends on the day.

Just remember you can only have up to 200mg if caffeine a day, so check before you order from Starbucks or Dunkin. Or any coffee shop. Starbucks is a no for me while I’m pregnant, my order would be way too high in caffeine. At Dunkin I always order a medium half cafe. Both have caffeine stated on their websites for the different drinks. I prefer to make my coffee at home though 😊 I’m 38 weeks and I have one, sometimes two cups at home every day.

Yes ma’am. I generally have a cup a day. Sometimes I don’t get the chance to finish a cup thanks to my 2 year old, but I attempt it most mornings. 😉
