Milk supply drying up?

Question

Im 10 weeks postpartum. I take fenugreek powder packets once a day. But it seems like my supply is drying up!!! I just pumped between feedings and only got 1 ounce between both breasts. I am sooo upset about this. What can I do?? I use to try to pump once or twice a day, but I purchased a Hakaa so lately I haven’t been pumping as much. Could this be why? I hope my daughter is getting enough milk!

1. If your pumping between breastfeeding then the average out put is usually 1-3oz  from both breast combined.
2. Fungreek can have the opposite effect if taken before you have an established supply. 
3. Make sure your drinking lots of water even if you think your drinking enough drink more.

Fenugreek can sometimes harm supply! Also pumping isn't indicitive of supply. Join breastfriends breastfeeding and relactation support group on fb if you want. Go through their files and albums, lots of great helpful info!

The Hakaa shouldn’t be used to replace pumping! 
Fenugreek can actually kill your supply instead of help if.
1-3 oz is normal but definitely add a few extra pumps in there even for 10-15min.
Tips: drink plenty of water throughout the day, eat enough calories, and then I suggest eating oatmeal in the morning (oatmeal really helps). Get on a schedule with the pumps if you want to do three times a day do like one morning afternoon and night. 
Don’t get discouraged you are doing great.
(I used fenugreek to drop my supply when I was done nursing)
