PGP and natural childbirth

Is it possible?? I’m legit terrified and set to be induced a week from today. My PGP is so bad tonight I can’t walk. Not even a single step no exaggeration at all. I really want to try to give birth without drugs (yes I’m totally open to epidural if that’s what needs to happen...more concerned about getting him out than my wishes about drugs) but I feel like my pelvis is broken. Or breaking. I’m so scared now. 😩😩😩 Anyone have experience with this??
