I need advice

so a little about me... I don’t have sex often unless I’m in a relationship

so I’m not sure if this is a part of it

I had drunk sex with this guy a few nights ago and didn’t use protection

I wasn’t wet, it hurt a lot and I was in pain the next day

which does tend to happen if I’m not having sex consistently with a partner

I don’t know if this is a yeast infection or if I should be worried but I’m still a little uncomfortable down there and then today I noticed a purple spot on my labia that looks like a bruise! I don’t know anything! someone please inform me if I should be concerned
