Confused??

Question

Okay so I have a question. 
I found out I am pregnant on 9/15 I took letrozole and had a trigger shot done on 9/2 
The first day of my last period was 8/17 
So if I go based off my last period it says I’m 6 weeks 6 days but if I go off of when I would have ovulated it says I’m only 5 weeks 5 days. 
Which one do I go off of???

I got pregnant from trigger shot and all my providers are going from that date since it’s way more accurate. My last period says I’m due 4/6 but trigger shot says 4/14. Baby is measure almost exactly same as trigger shot says....

Add two weeks prior to your ovulation/IUI date and use that as your last menstrual period. That will be the most accurate :-)￼

Go off lmp for now. That’s what they’ll go off for scheduling your first appointment. A dating scan will give you more accuracy whenever you have it
