Possible water break after BM? (28wks)

I am high risk for preterm

I’ve had my water rupture very early with 3 of my pregnancies- 2 of them being pin hole breaks

Anyways, I was having a BM (sorry TMI) and was not straining at all, next thing I know I felt baby drop down further-very noticeable drop and then bunch of fluid seemed to pour out! However, I have no clue if it was gush of pee or animo leak?!

I am slightly freaking out! I’ve been having contractions all morning aswell but 20 min apart..

I really dreading going into triage again, do you think it’s possible for water to break after BM- sorry I know silly question to ask
